Mitsubishi hits double top |

Mitsubishi continues to record some exceptional results in the used car market in partnership with BCA. The most recent sale, staged at BCA's Measham auction centre in July, marked the used debuts of New Shogun and New Outlander.
Over fifty buyers registered for the sale, both in the auction hall and via BCA's Live Online service with both Mitsubishi Dealers and approved independent buyers bidding strongly throughout. A total of 120 cars were offered and sold, with the debut models proving the stars of the show. With mileages averaging around 2,000, the 06-registered debut models performed strongly - including options, New Shogun averaged 101% of CAP Clean, with New Outlander averaging 105% of CAP Clean.

Mitsubishi's Paul Greenwood, Used Vehicle Remarketing Manager, commented "This was an exceptional sale, well-presented by BCA and with strong bidding across the board from the large crowd of buyers. While the desirable New Shogun and New Outlander models took pride of place, there were strong supporting roles for Colt, Grandis, Lancer and L200 which all averaged in excess of CAP Clean. Prices were very strong and the overall performance exceeded our own high residual value expectations."

The New Shogun and New Outlander models made assured debuts, which suggest both will continue to be highly desirable in the used market.
