Senator Cantwell Instrumental in Ensuring Extension of
Investment Tax Credit Through 2016

Senator Maria Cantwell was instrumental in ensuring the extension of the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for solar investments through 2016.

The ITC will help spur the growth and adoption of solar energy technologies by directing $232 billion into clean energy investments and creating nearly half-a-million clean technology jobs during the next eight years.
