ARCA Re-Max Driver Ryan Fischer Gets Into Holiday Spirit with Race Memorabilia Charity Auction

11 Dec 2008

Ryan Fischer Motorsports collects race-used memorabilia and autographs from Charlotte racing community; sells all in online charity auction benefiting the Victory Junction Gang Camp

Grandview, MO (PRWEB) December 11, 2008 - ARCA Re-Max Series driver Ryan Fischer and fellow members of the #15 Venturini Motorsports team are doing their part to raise money for charity this holiday season. During the past few weeks, Fischer and his teammates have gathered race car memorabilia and autographs from their friends and contacts in the Charlotte, NC, racing community. All the items are being sold via an online auction, with all net proceeds benefiting the Victory Junction Gang Camp.

Fischer is excited about being able to raise funds for the camp, which works to enrich the lives of children with chronic medical conditions or serious illnesses. "It’s a cause that I strongly believe in and want to support as much as possible," said Fischer. "We chose to have Gomotorbids.com facilitate the auction, because they have established an excellent reputation with the racing community and collectors. I would like to thank them and everyone who bids for helping to raise money and awareness for such a great cause. Happy holidays to all and good luck bidding."

Collectors and race fans will be able to be bid on autographed sheet metal, tires, firesuits, crew uniforms, and collectibles from a number of famous NASCAR racers, including Carl Edwards, Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Kasey Kahne, Kevin Harvick, Michael Waltrip, Joey Lagano, Clint Bowyer, Jeff Burton, Dave Reutiman and many more.

"It’s a great way for collectors and race fans to give to a wonderful racing charity, while picking up a special holiday gift at the same time," said Russ Dickey, Director of Marketing for GoMotorBids. "And Ryan got a little something from everybody. The NASCAR Sprint Cup guys, Nationwide and Craftsman Truck teams, stuff from his friends in ARCA, even a helmet signed by a bunch of the World of Outlaw Sprint and Late Model Racers. There’s something here for every fan."

All auctions are being offered with no reserve prices, with bidding ending on Sunday evening, December 14. For more information on the auction, visit www.GoMotorBids.com.
