Here at Toyota of South Florida when they see that the finance manager is a women, our female customers become relaxed and at ease knowing they will be treated with respect and not taken advantage of financially, said Odalys Fernandez, Finance Manager.
"My office is always open and we are here to help any person, male or female in choosing a car, financing or other options on a major purchase such as a new car. I take special joy in helping other women be more relaxed and to enjoy the car buying experience because our team here understands their anxiety when they walk through the doors of a dealership," said Yady Diaz, Customer Relations Manager.
