Blue Collar Performance, LLC., Changing the Way People Expect to be treated online.

25 Jun 2009

BlueCollarPerformance.com is making new rules for how to treat online shoppers and getting back to good ole’ fashion customer service. By providing customers with only what they need, and only selling quality parts, people are saving money while still enjoying their cars.

Taylor, MI (PRWEB) June 25, 2009 -- Blue Collar Performance is changing the face of the automotive aftermarket and customer service. Blue Collar Performance, LLC is a multi-line online parts source for all things automotive and the home for quality, affordable aftermarket parts and service on the world wide web. They will be the first available source for the Samco GT500 hoses.

Owner/Founder Ron Willim states, "From vintage Ford Flatheads to Honda Civics, 65 Mustangs to 2009 Challengers and the 2010 Camaro, or everything in-between. Blue Collar Performance sells and installs parts we will only use ourselves and believe in. But it isn’t just about performance. We also service daily drivers and back and forth to work cars for the average person that needs reliable affordable car repair".

With 150+ product lines available chances are they will have what you need, and back it with 40+ years of experience of what works and what doesn’t.

"There is no reason to sell parts just to make a profit if the customer won’t come back because the part failed or it didn’t perform as expected," stated Ron.

Blue Collar Performance employees have many years of combined racing and traveling experience, and collecting failed parts (and testing failed theories) allows them to help prevent people from wasting their hard earned money by selling them only what they need.

"I am a 3rd generation blue collar worker and racer. My Grandfather raced from the 40’s to the 60’s, My Dad until the 90’s and then I started. Been in the auto industry my entire life. After getting frustrated trying to buy parts that are supposed to work, only to find out they didn’t, drove me to start my own business to provide a service as much as to be self-employed", Ron said after being asked about the decision to become self-employed in such a rough economy.

He went on to say, "No matter how bad things get...racers will race, and people will want to personalize their cars. Making the car your own is as old as the automobile itself. Our goal is to make it affordable and fun again".

Another approach that Blue Collar Performance offers that is unique to online shopping is their shipping policy. If for any reason, shipping costs are less than what was calculated at check out, the customer receives a refund for the difference. This takes the "Actual Shipping Charges" cliché’ to a whole new level.

What do they do?

Ron Willim says. "Just about anything engine or automotive related. From 1923 to present cars, trucks...and anything else with an internal combustion engine. We do the work other companies don’t have the patience to do, or maybe not enough experience with your particular problem to handle".

He also stated, "We have the ability to repair rare parts that need to be welded, custom parts machined and everything in-between".

As mentioned earlier, they are also releasing Samco Sport 2007+ Shelby GT500 Mustang Silicone Hoses for the first time in the USA. Ron says, "There is a high demand for these hoses, but no one stepped up and made it happen. So we got on board with Samco and had them developed and they will be here soon". Just another way Blue Collar Performance takes care of the customer, by seeing a need and fulfilling it.
