Quality customer service has won JAXQuickfit Tyres Penrith a significant local business Award, presented by the Penrith Star newspaper
Sydney NSW (PRWEB) June 27, 2009 -- Quality customer service has won JAXQuickfit Tyres Penrith a significant local business Award, presented by the Penrith Star newspaper.
"Our customers nominated us and it turns out we were also mystery-shopped as well, so we obviously did the right thing by that ’customer’ too," JAXQuickfit Tyres Penrith franchisee John Hrabak said.
"It’s fantastic, it’s the first time we’ve won anything like this, I am very proud of the job everyone does here and am proud we’ve been recognised in this way."
Named ’Most Outstanding Automotive Services Business’ by the Penrith Star, JAXQuickfit Penrith was also a finalist in the Motor Traders’ Association (NSW) Awards for the past three years.
The 30-year veteran of the Australian tyre retailing business is supported in-store by wife Jane and a team of nine industry specialists.
"Quality people really are the key to any successful business … we rely on our people’s product knowledge, integrity and commitment to the business when they interact with customers, so this Award is for them."
Along with accreditation for the fitment of tyres, JAXQuickfit Penrith also offers a large range of wheels and accessories, wheel alignments, plus specialised brake, suspension and mechanical servicing.
"At Penrith we have an interesting mix of customers … there’s the typical suburban families, young bloke who want to personalise their rides with quality wheels & tyres, commercial customers with vans and utes and a smattering of rural property owners with four-wheel-drives, farm utes and so on," John Hrabak explained.
"On any one day our workshop looks like a real snapshot of the local community."
