The store’s owners, Matthew Pyle and partner Kate Foley say that it will be business as usual for them, with the store opening from 8am to 5pm on weekdays and 8am to midday on Saturdays.

The Maitland store is a busy one. Its close proximity to the shopping centre attracts regular customers as well as a lot of ’drop-ins’, who can conveniently shop while work is being done on their car. The staff of eight includes three apprentice mechanics.
"I love giving them the opportunity to build their skills because they are young and enthusiastic, but I also stress that it’s important that they know all aspects of the business, not just what they are studying. People come in with all sorts of questions about their cars and our team needs to be able to answer them - and they can," says Pyle.
"Customer service is our priority. No matter what the job is, we do it. We very rarely have to turn anyone away, no matter how short a period of time is involved to get it done."

"It’s good to feel that you’re helping people," says Pyle, "They come in with problems with their car’s tyres or mechanical worries, and we get to solve those problems, and we really enjoy it."
