In-car DVD from the comfort of your armchair

01 Mar 2006
Anyone buying a Micra rear seat DVD entertainment system will get 12 months free subscription to the online DVD rental service from Screenselect. But that's not all. In addition, Nissan is also offering a saving of £125 off the retail price of the entertainment system, so customers will pay just £415. Not a bad price to pay for peace and quiet in the back of the car and the latest movies without having to leave the house.

The Micra DVD entertainment system, which can be fitted to every Micra in the range from the city-loving Urbis to the sporty 160SR, comes complete with multi-region DVD player which is mounted in the glovebox, a single screen mounted between the two front seats and most important, two sets of headphones. A must for keeping the kids happy and the car quiet for mum and dad.

The deal with Screenselect not only gives customers a 12 month subscription, but the option of a 2 disc package which allows them to have any 2 DVDs at any one time. This 2 disc offer is exclusive to Nissan. Customers simply create their personal viewing list online and the films will arrive on their door mat. When they've watched them, simply pop them in the pre-paid envelope and into the post box. As soon as each film is returned, the next one, or two for Micra customers, will be sent out. Simple.
