- First off i want to say i love this car. I looked for it for almost a year and due to some financial problems i need to get rid of it and yes that means taking a hit! Things to know about this car The first retractable hard top since the 1959 Ford Skyliner. This is one of only 877 of this car ever made. That makes the Mitsubishi Spyder VR-4 one of the most unique production cars in the entire world. Its 320 HP, all wheel drive, all wheel steering, adjustable suspension and aggressive styling combined with a one-button retractable hard top convertible make the Spyder a world-class exotic. I have kept the car stock completely minus the alarm system. I put a new lcd remote style viper alarm system on the car. it has 2 remotes by the way. - I am selling a 92 Mitsubaby VR-4, AWD, TT, with 109,809 miles on it, it is all white with gray leather, I just had new tires, new front axels, drive shaft cv joints, rear axels, rotors, pads, ac compressor, high pressure ac hose, ac dryer, spark plugs, O2 sensor, new oem clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, clutch bearing, new timing belt, new water pump, new front and rear glass, head lamps, fog lamps, all replaced, the timing belt, tires, brakes, rotors, O2 sensor and spark plugs were just replaced at 109,809 miles and had it repainted at Gamboas in Roseville CA in 1999, this car was going to go to my boy but due to his military obligation and location we decided to sell it, this has been in storage for awhile now (2000) and I do not drive it myself so it could be just what you are looking for, runs great and it will pass the CA smog test, I know this is kind of crazy but I have put over 6,500 in parts and labor into this vehicle and the blue book is around 7 or 8 without any repairs just a daily driver - Used Mitsubishi 3000GT for sale
