Homestar Sytstems, Inc. the Parent Company of izmocars Announces Board Changes
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) May 19, 2009 -- Homestar Systems Inc. the parent company of izmocars, the leader in innovative Automotive Business Solutions, announced that Sanjay Soni was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors at a meeting of the board held on May 15, 2009.
Mr. Sanjay Soni is the Managing Director of Logix Microsystems Ltd., India which is the majority owner of izmocars and is the Co-founder of izmocars along with Tej Soni. He brings years of experience in software technology and international finance to the company. He is a published author and has been awarded by Mr. Rajiv Gandhi, the late Prime Minister of India.
