APR Creates New Opportunities for Distributors, Dealers and Customers Worldwide
New Braunfels, Texas (PRWEB) July 21, 2008 -- Allan Phillips Racing LLC, today announced a breakthrough in parallel processing technology which creates options and opportunities that were previously unattainable to the industry. The company has introduced the ultimate in powertrain management systems for the Toyota 4.0L power plant. It is one of the first parallel processors in the industry that has the ability to exceed the factory’s engine rev-limiter.
The plug-and-play system has been designed to take complete control of the injection and ignition systems to allow absolute management of the powertrain operation without disturbing the factory ECU and its diagnostic systems.
At the pinnacle of the system is an adjustable Soft-Cut Rev-Limiter Control that is internally limited to 6200 RPM. For purpose built or modified race engines, increased rev-limiter calibrations up to 7800 RPM and full development software will be available from Authorized Distributers and Dealer/Tuners.
In addition to their controller, the company has engineered a targeted system of mechanical components that will unleash additional horsepower in conjunction with all other aftermarket components.
