Ford Crown Victoria - 5.0 - 1987 Ford Crown Victoria Good condition just over 124,000 original miles. 5.0 engine 302 recent oil change and tune up. Four brand new tires with less than 200 miles on them. All service records with the exception oil changes I do those myself. CD player and 2 brand new 6x9 speakers. Needs battery and a little love on the paint and tint. I am selling because I don’t have the time or funds to restore to the condition I would like it to be in. hoping to sell to someone who will take the time to do just that. Ford Crown Victoria - P72 - Excellent condition but sold with a gearbox fault.
At speeds over 40mph The gearbox is sometimes hesitant and downshifts needlessly.
At only 60K miles I think it's fixable, maybe a faulty sensor or PCM. It needs diagnostic code scanning and looking at by a qualified technician.
Taxed for a year.
