Jeep CJ - Manual, 4-Cylinders - 1961 Willys CJ5 with 81,229 on the odometer.
This Jeep runs and is drivable but exibits the typical traits of a Jeep with this many miles. The individual I purchased it from drove it on a daily basis. He had the transmission rebuilt and the clutch replaced shortly before I purchased it. It leaks oil from the differental but not excessively.
The engine is an F-head four cylinder. It has a twelve volt system with a generator. It runs well and it does not appear to have been rebuilt. It smokes a little bit but not excessively.
The body is in good shape but does have a couple of minor dents and no apparent rust. There are two areas on the body that have body filler that has not been sanded smooth.
The top is a BestTop and has no tears or holes. The plastic windows are in decent shape.
