Lotus Esprit - GT3 - 49,000 miles, 2 Door Coupe, Red, Petrol, Manual, vgc, low mileage, FSH, only two previous owners,last owner 8 years, black leather interior, Momo wheel, Oz alloys, Bembo brakes, all the usual refinements, affordable, cheap to own/run, classic! This is a really great car, most Lotus mechanics will acknowledge that the GT3 was probably the best Esprit ever made. Having been the owner for the last 8 years I have been particular about servicing, cambelt was changed around 36,000 miles, new brakes and discs fitted around 3 years ago, reconditioned steering rack, Stainless steel exhaust, new exhaust manifold. It benefits from good fuel injection and engine management (no having it in the garage being tunned all the time), lots of good properietry parts (helps keep the cost of maintainance down), improvements to weaknesses shown up in earlier models. Much better balanced than the V8's as the front rear weight ratio is better. Not much more that I can add, except those genuinely looking for a good example of a GT3 will know what I mean. This car can return 34 to the gallon yet does 0-60 in around 5 secs. I am happy to answer any questions about the car, but test drives are only available to bonafide buyers with proof of full insurance. Reason for sale, I have a 11 month old baby boy and I just don't get the opportunity to drive her. £15,000 ONO.
