The engine has been done and runs very smoothly, and with lots of power. It has aslo had the MTX engine treatment for extra durability and better fuel economy.
This car has had alot of time, money and energy spent on it and is worth every penny. The price has been reduced from £1800 to £1200 for the following reasons.
Exhaust has recently split and is around £80 to have repaired at kwik fit
Speedometer has stopped working recently too, and a simple electronic speed sensor is about £40 fo solve this problem.
Small tear on drivers seat
The car has long MOT and Tax and is driveable right away.
Other than that, the car is in great condition. It has all the extras and is excellent to drive. The advertised price does not even equate to the ammount spent on trying to rebuild this car.
The reason I cannot continue is that my girlfriend is now heavily pregnant, and do not have the time to continue this project. I have always wanted to rebuild a calibra, and hopefully one day, will be able to complete one such project.
