- I am selling a 1973 Ford Maverick with a 302 4 bbl. The Maverick is a 302 numbers matching car. I have had the car for a little over a year now and it is almost complete. I am selling vehicle due to a baby on the way. Would only need $1,000 to $2000 to complete in its current state so am selling it at lower than desired price to sell in a relative short time. No Hagglers, tire kickers, only serious inquiries. All work done on vehicle is not more than one year old since performed. I have every reciept for everything purchased on vehicle. Yes she runs and drives very well and you could drive it home if you were local however windshield is out of car. Vehicle is in driving condition and is a screamer she runs and drives great. What needs to be done to complete vehicle is all minor. It needs carpet, windsheild is out and ready for new weatherstrip, and seat upholstry, brake tune up and a hood was planning to put a fiberglass grabber hood. - Up for auction is my 1975 Ford Maverick Grabber. It has a 250 inline 6cyl engine and 3 on the tree (Column Shift) manual transmission, manual steering, and manual brakes. It has 21,500 original miles and drives great. It still has the original unused spare tire in the trunk. No rust, no accidents, just a super nice original. This car is not a barn find, but a well-kept example that has been extremely well cared for all of its existence. It is basically a two owner cream puff with 21,500 orig miles and nearly 100% rust free body from top to bottom. The history is as follows: The Grabber was purchased on 8-23-1975 by J.E. Grubal and his wife. The Grabber was rust-proofed heavily after the purchase to protect the body from the elements. This included a substantial treatment in the trunk area and under the hood. The underside of the Maverick seems to have been rustproofed to some degree also. The air pump has been removed as well as some other emission related items. - Used Ford Maverick for sale
