Car Auctions, Are you looking for a new car to buy

Are you looking for a new car to buy? Well, you have multiple options of finding a new car or used car to buy. You can either look through the classifieds in the newspaper or the internet or you can attend car auctions. There are two types of car auctions that you can attend; you can go to your local car auction or you can go to online car auctions. With the in person car auction, you have a better chance of seeing everything about a car before you bid on it. This is a great advantage over the online car auctions. When shopping around car auctions, you should take your time to see the selections before you begin bidding; you don't want to get stuck with a car bid when you suddenly see another used car or new car that you would like to buy.

Before the car bidding process begins, you are able to get a close look at the used car or new car before you decide whether or not you will want to try to buy it. See if it has the features you are looking for, such as a moon roof, sun roof, radio surround sound system with amp and subwoofer, electronic windows and locks, 4 wheel drive or 2 wheel drive and windows with tints. These all play a role on whether you will want to buy a car or not. Or maybe you're not picky about which car you will be bidding on in the auction. Some people even like the car to come with rims and big wheels on a car that has been raised up. It all depends on the person.

A great in person car auctions to attend are those from police impounds. Cars that were seized by the police are very, very cheap and often times the cars are being sold as low as $500. This type of car auction isn't in it for the money, so you can get away with some pretty great car deals. These cars were filling up the police impound, so they are trying to get rid of them while raising money as well. You can find out about local police impound auctions by visiting their web site online or calling them. There are pre-set schedules all year round, so you can always be in the loop to finding a cheap car. A lot of these cars may have been in accidents, so if you are a mechanic, you have a special advantage over the other bidders who may not even look twice at a severely damaged car.

Most car auctions have cars that were towed away and never picked up; these are too likely to be from car accidents. If you are a car dealer, car auctions are a ticket to filling up your car lot with plenty of cars that you can sell for ten fold of what you paid for them! You will of course need an auctioning license to be able to bid and buy from car auctions (and to be able to get into to the auction).
