GMC Typhoon 3.8 TURBO CHARGE -
Up for sale is my 93 Typhoon. I hate to sell it but I have way too many projects to complete and too many cars. we bought this truck out of Canada in 2002 of of E Bay. I still have a copy of the listing from then. When we bought it it had 50,400 miles on it. It now has 57,000. This is an extremely clean truck. Since we have owned it it has not been driven in the rain or snow. I would say the truck is a 9 out of 10. The interior is great,body is very very good"no rust any where exept for a very little on the inside bottom edge of the tail gate". I was given a price of $250.00 to clean it up and repaint it.
Here is a short list of the things we have done with it. Most everything we have done has been purchased from McCoy Motorsports.
Trans cooler.
Bilstein shocks.
Fibergalss rear leafs.
3" Exhaust with dump tube.
Battery relocation kit.
Adjustable fuel presure regulator.
Autometer Gauge pod with boost and fuel presure.
Custom intercooler set up by Switzer Innovations. It uses a fabricated heat exchanger with a Merecedes E55 cooler pump and dedicated resevoir.
Switzer computer mods and tuned.
Grand sport wheels
Pirelli Tires,275 fronts,315 rears. Condition is probably 9.5 out of 10.
Pioneer stereo with XM and small bass tube,not a thumper just added bass.
I may be forgetting something but that is the bulk of it. The truck starts and runs very well. There are only two things needed to finish. 1 is that it needs realigned. I have the new specs, I have found out from many places that specialize in these things that when you start making really good power with them the factory specs are not very good. 2 The front bumper needs cooling holes drilled in it for the new heat exchanger. The front end showed it self the one time I took it to the track,it started wollowing above 80 mph on boost. Getting out of it at about the 1,00ft. mark it still went 13.12. I will say that it is an animal when it leaves. I don't know of any issues that it has, it has been pretty well sorted out over the years. I did take the A/C out but I have everything for it but the hoses. Any questions call Jim @ 440-781-6658. Please..no low ball offers. I have way too much time and money in this truck.

ALL ORIGINAL NEVER ALTERED, RACED, WRECKED, OR PAINTED. 300 hp TURBOCHARED V-6, 360 FT LBS TORQUE, ALL WHEEL DRIVE. THIS TRUCK IS NEAR NEW CONDITION INSIDE AND OUT, WITH NO MODIFICATIONS. IT HAS NEVER SEEN THE SNOW, AND VERY LITTLE RAIN. ALWAYS HAND WASHED. AS YOU MAY KNOW, THESE ARE VERY FAST!!

GMC Typhoon 1993 GMC Typhoon AWD - One of a kind Typhoon. Both engine and transmission rebuilt stringer than stock. Vehicle completely repainted a year ago. It has a Corvette rollpan in the rear with integrated taillights and blinkers as well as Corvette ZR1 wheels. This is an extremely fast truck in great condition and a chance to own a rare piece of automotive history. There have been many aftermarket modifications made and it has a great audio system with JL Audio 10 inch subwoofers and JL amplifier. Truck also has a remote starter and has been garage kept since it was purchased and completely restored. You will never find or see another one like this one!!!
