- For sale here is a rare WH1 Designers Pkg 1986 Buick T-type. 3.8 litre turbo v6 with 47,207 miles. It's has the classy black with gray exterior an flawless gray interior. T-Top pkg and posi-rearend, this is the car you want. The tops DO NOT leak except for maybe the car wash and that's just a drop. It runs out perfect with tremendous power and shifts the way it should. It is bone stock except for a 6 position chip and a Kenne Belle cold air intake(about all you should do with the timeless classics anyway in my opinion). You hear this often but I will say it and mean it. You will not find a Turbo Buick in this shape and running condition very often. It is unreal. The paint needs a little touch up on the hood as it is beginning to check. A few door dings but nothing serious. A small scratch by the drivers badge "T-Type" needs to be repaired as it is down to the metal. If your looking for one of these cars look at this one. - 1986 Grand National, one of only 5,512 produced in 1986. 2 owner car always garage kept. Over 25k invested in the last 2 years. 1,000 miles on professionally rebuilt engine w/forged crank rods and pistons. Assembled with main bearing girdle for added strengh and durability. New roller cam and ported stock heads with larger valves. Never been dynoed, but easily capable of making 500+HP. 200R4 transmission has also been rebuilt with hardened internals, red line clutches, wide band and new 3000 stall torque converter. Ice cold ac, new heater core and all hoses. New PTE turbo, PTE intercooler, PTE 50# injectors, 3.0" SS downpipe, dump pipe and 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust with Magnaflow stainless steel mufflers. Added GNX braces. New AC-Delco shocks New wheels (stock wheels go with car) and tires. New 255gph fuel pump with hot wire upgrade. New HD rear lower control arms. Factory 3.42 posi traction rear.
