- HI. YOU ARE BIDDING ON A 1958 CHRYSLER IMPERIAL. I AM LISTING THIS CAR FOR MY FATHER SO I AM TRYING TO DESCRIBE THE CAR AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE. MY FATHER HAS OWNED AND GARAGE KEPT THIS CAR FOR 15 YEARS. IN THAT TIME HE HAS PUT ABOUT 1000 MILES ON THE CAR. THE CAR IS ALL POWER WITH POWER SEATS, WINDOWS, DOORS AND LOCKS AND ALL WORK PERFECTLY. THE A/C BLOWS COLD! THE CAR WAS PARTIALLY REPAINTED ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER. THE CAR IS ORIGINALLY FROM ARIZONA AND REMAINS A RUST FREE CAR. THE DASH HAS BEEN REPLACED AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE INTERIOR IS ORIGINAL N.O.S. FABRIC AND LEATHER. THE HEADLINER IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITHOUT ANY RIPS OR TEARS. THEIR IS A CRACK IN THE PLASTIC OF THE INTERIOR DRIVERS SIDE DOOR PANEL.(SEE PIC) THE SEATS ARE WITHOUT ANY RIPS OR TEARS. THE CHROME IS THE ORIGINAL CHROME AND IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. - 1962 Chrysler Imperial 2 Door, 1 of only 1010 made. If you are looking for something a little different, this could be it. Rebuilt 413, standard bore, push button torque-flight, Edelbrock carb on aluminum intake, mild cam. New dual exaust with Flowmaster mufflers, New tires, battery, alternator, regulator and hubcaps. New door and trunk rubber. New black carpet, door panels and trunk upholstered to match interior. Seats are original black leather, they do have some age cracks but I couldn't bring myself to replace it. Has a good dash, gauges are good. Has power steering, brakes " all rebuilt", Power seat, windows, Good paint, " not perfect ", Chrysler Radiant Fire Red, Always garaged. Good glass except small wiper scrape on passenger side winshield. 59 Cadillac tailite lenses. No heat or air, I have the firewall mounted heater box if you want it. I had plans for Vintage Air unit. - hi, i am selling my imperial custom because i don't have time to finish it... 100% original,read 28000 but i believe it's 128000 miles, white paint with just a small bit of rust (nothing major at all) and few small dings & dents, inside it's pretty much perfect b-side the tears in the driver side ,still have the cover on the seats, it's the matching # engine and transmission! the push button transmission need some work (neutral button is missing,don't want to reverse, but drive really good on "drive" ), the engine is really strong and powerful (413cci).and i'm the 3rd owner, got the old black plate home and get the title in my hands! if any questions please email me...thx - Used Chrysler Imperial for sale

Drive it like it is, make it show room fresh, or sled it onto airbags and 20" wheels. It's up to you, but make it yours. You could even flip it as the economy turns around. This car is worth three times the reserve price if I ship it overseas! I have about a dozen eMails from Nigeria to prove it. But alas, I live in a real world, and only accept real money. With only 3235 Crowns built in 1967, it's rare. Not as rare as a Triple Black '70 Cuda, but after 40+ years of wear and tear, accidents, Demolition Derby Championships, and A-body 440 transplants, How many are truely left?
