- As labeled on title: "1997 Jeep Special Purpose vehicle" Clarification on the title: It was retitled in ‘97 due to fiberglass body and engine upgrade, but in all reality is a custom vehicle title for a ~78 Jeep CJ7. (further explanation following) Drivetrain A) Dana 300 Dual stick transfer case. Why two sticks you ask? The front and rear can be shifted independently into high/low. B) Dana 44 axles front and rear. The rear has a locker and the front has Warn disconnect hubs. C) Rear driveshaft is from Driveshafts Unlimited in Imperial,Mo and includes a CV joint. I have the original without CV for a spare. Front driveshaft is to my best guess factory, but have never had any issues with it. D) TorqueFlight 727 transmission and has proven stong for an automatic. It has a small transmission radiator attached to the master radiator. This has a new trans pan. E) 4 wheel disc brakes. - Up for sale is my 1977 Jeep CJ 5. I've owned this one for around 6 years. Jeep runs great. It has a 258 6 cylinder motor with 3 speed manual transmission. Motor runs great and doesn't use any oil. Carburetor has a manual choke, and it idles and runs absolutely perfect. It has a 3" Superlift suspension lift and shocks with about 90% tread left on BF Goodrich 31x10.50 mud terrain tires. The Jeep is mechanically sound all around and will drive anywhere you want to go. A lot of parts replaced over the years including radiator, brake lines, wheel cylinders, and motor mounts. Couple of things that I was never concerned with repairing/replacing was the heater, radio and speedometer(not sure if mileage is correct or not). Also, the top has some age on it, but still has a few years left before it needs replacement. My personal guarantee is if you buy it(either high bidder or buy it now) and don't like it when you see it, then I will keep it. Need cash, or cashier's check please. - Used Jeep CJ for sale

- This is a 1985 Jeep CJ7 that has been completely restored. I bought the Jeep about three years ago and I have only used it as a weekend driver to go around town and shuffle kids back and fourth between baseball games. When I first began shopping for a jeep I wanted to buy an old body and frame and restore it from the ground up but when I realized that I could easily invest $20,000 in a profesional restoration I started to look at other options. I found this Jeep on ebay and I was skeptical because of the potential for rust and the fact that some peoples idea of a good restoration is a far cry from anothers idea. Once I got the jeep I was surprized at how well it had been restored. The jeep has been gone through from inside to out. The guy that I bought it from had just finised it and he got into a money bind and had to sell it for much less than what he had in it.
