I used to be the Lotus dealer in New Mexico and I’m probably the only person who has driven an Elan from New York to California. This is one of the nicest that I’ve seen in a very long time. Evidently, it has very low mileage and is very well maintained. The paint and interior are in excellent condition and it runs like a top. Major service was done a couple of weeks ago. Lotus Elan
- This is a 1991 Lotus Elan. I have owned it for a few years now. I'm only selling due for personal business start up money. The car is in good condition. It runs and drives fine with normal wear and tear for a 19 year old car. The car is California titled. The paint is in fair condition. I got bumped into a lot in California so the front bumper has paint chips. The clear coat is bubbling up in the rear do to the California sun. The timing belt has been changed along with spark plugs. It has an aftermarket air filter on it. Oil changed regularly. This was my daily driver. The bad with the car is it does have a salvage title. As you can see from the pics I had some front end damage that wasn't aligned 100%. The steering wheel is aftermarket. The turn signal was accidentally broken off. A new one is $75. The interior is in good condition. No rips in seats just a little worn. I removed the aftermarket radio I had installed so there is no radio.
