- RARE FACTORY BODIED1973 MORRIS MINOR PICKUP Yes, 1973 . It is common knowledge Morris Minor ended production in the UK in 1971, but new Morris Minors continued to be produced in other countries around the world with the last being New Zealand in 1973. this pickup was built in New Zealand and is probably one of the last factory bodied pickups in the world. I bought this very rare truck from a serious Morris Minor enthusiast in New Zealand. She was the 2nd owner, making me the third. the truck was repainted in the original factory blue color in the late 1990's by the original owner. There are a few very tiny blisters/bubbles in the paint (see photos). The interior is perfect and appears to be original. The engine runs great, does not smoke, knock or leak fluids of any kind. There is no over heating problem either. the transmission shifts smooth, does not make any unusual noise and does not jump out of any gear. - Used Morris Minor for sale
