- Up for sale is my Barcelona Red 1994 Subaru SVX. This is an exceptional sports/luxury car built by Subaru from 92 to 97 and only around 15,000 of them were shipped to the US. This particular model is the L version and is Front Wheel Drive. The front wheel drive SVX's were not plagued with the Transmission problems of the All Wheel Drive ones and were actually quite a bit faster. (I have a AWD SVX as well and can attest to this) The front wheel drive versions did WAY better in the gas mileage department as well. I regularly get over 30 miles per gallon in this car! I just recently took it on a 400 mile trip and averaged 32 mpg. Its also extremely comfortable for long trips (i'm 6'2) and there is plenty of room for the front seat passengers to stretch out. - I am selling my gorgeous 1992 Subaru SVX LS-L. Car is pearl white with black and has gray leather interior. Automatic transmission, All-wheel drive. Everything is in great condition except that the car shakes when you reach about 65 mph on the highway. This may be due to a loose or broken axle, so I wouldn't drive it a long distance over 65 mph. Also, the Anti-lock brakes seem to be acting up. I had just disconnected them and they were fine. The car has 144,929 miles on it (I still drive it to the local store and back so mileage may change slightly). Has a rare TRD Hello Kitty emblem on the back. The car also has blue Xenon headlights and yellow Xenon fog lights. New Jersey inspection is still good through June 2010.
