- So it's time to sell my toy/project! I drive it everyday and just a couple months ago, I drove it about 600 miles over a weekend. So this thing is reliable! It is a blast to drive, pretty quick and handles like it's on rails! It does need some body work (that was the plan for this winter) and a couple misc things so I'm pricing it accordingly... I have a HUGE stack of receipts from the life of this car! Including almost $8k in the engine rebuild and another $2k in the tranny; I will post more details hopefully tomorrow, but I'm just going by memory right now. Almost every single part of this car has been replaced at one point! GOOD: -Aprx 70k miles on the rebuilt 9a 2.0 motor and tranny w/ an lsd. Pulls very strong! (Car itself has over 200k but you would never know it) -Cam and adjustable cam gear -Ported Intake and Exhaust Manifolds -Head work (will confirm exact details when I dig into the receipts again) - Used Volkswagen Scirocco for sale
