- I am reluctantly selling my Peugeot 205 1.6 GTi due to a change in personal circumstances (the wife says it has to go). I bought this car and have had roof and bonnet resprayed ,1.9 gti alloys put on, all missing trims replaced, new back box give it a service a good clean taxed and tested it and now i have to sell it. Please Bear in mind the age of the car so do not expect A1 condition (although it does look really good for its age not like some of the last remaining few). IT IS A GREAT FUN LITTLE CAR! This is a modern classic, great runner, used daily, starts first time every time...all mechanical parts are sound. Interior: All original carpets, mats and upholstery in good condition , again better than most out there. - A rare opertunity to aquire an apreciating classic car the 205 is a design icon of the 80s and 90s and a real driving machine. THE CAR IS IN SPAIN AT THE MOMENT This is a Rolland Garros special edition 205 cabriolet in mettalic green with cream half leather and original alloy wheels and tyres and cream hood in servicable condition with no rips or tears and an excellent clear back window. The seats need some hide food to re soften the leather and restore it there is a small burn hole in the drivers seat at the moment the electric hood is not working but works manually I have not had chance yet to investigate this or treat the leather.At some time in its life one wing has had paint and there is a small dent in the drivers door but not that noticable.
