- Up for auction is a 1979 Trans Am 10th Anniversary 4-Speed car, This is a very nice car. It was completely repainted about 8 months ago, all new decals were applied,it has a rebuilt engine in it, has about 8000 miles on it, it also comes with the numbers matching short block engine, the original heads are on the new motor, the matching numbers transmission was just rebuilt, with a new clutch installed, it has new leather seats, this car is orginal no changes just the way it came in 1979, it runs execellent and looks even better, this car turns heads where ever you go! - It has No title issue it was someones Mistake at a DMV 1981 Firebird Trans Am T-top Special Edition Black and Gold loaded 4-wheel disc brake WS6 package Y84, Turbo Wheels i did a engie swap ---- now It has 350 TPI motor off of a 89 GTA Transmission is a 700R4 off of a 89 GTA (this transmission is good for low end and highway) Rear End is 3.84 LSD 10 bolt 3" inche Dual Exhaust with Headman long headers, 3" Cherry Bomb Glasspacks and H pipe all the gauges are connected and they all are working.. only the clock dont work.. Body of the car is in great shape, paint is not, recommend a new paint job.. i have gold decal set except the bird.. all the carpets and seats are new, dash has a crack control arms and swaybars have new bushings.. it has surface rust on the subframes, it started after i cleaned the subframe in the summer.. all it need is a cleanup and a undercoating... has casstte player instaled in to original face plate.. - Up for bid is a 1981 Pontiac Turbo Trans Am Recaro Nascar pace car. The car is original and needs to be restored. CAR DOES NOT RUN. IT HAS BEEN SITTING 15 YEARS +. It has not been started in awhile , it has old gas in it. IT CANNOT BE DRIVEN HOME. BODY/ INTERIOR: The body is very solid with rust on the hood that was stored off car and leaked on for years ( a perfect rust free hood is included in sale/ see picture). There is rust on the underside of the trunk lid. You will need a trunk lid I do not have one. The is a very small amount in trunk that can be patched. The fenders, doors, and quarters, floors are solid. It still has the Recaro interior that needs to be redone from sitting. The door panels are missing but are available from classic industries for $400 new. The dash has a crack in it. The windshield is cracked. It has original red lit stereo still. It's missing the ashtray and the panel that goes under the steering column. The steering wheel is good condition. - Used Pontiac Trans Am for sale

- Very nice 1978 Pontiac Trans Am with the 6.6L engine. This is a true code 19 19 Starlite Black Trans Am with gold graphics. The 50,000 miles are believed to be actual but are undocumented. This car was ordered without T-Tops but does have the factory gold 3 spoke steering wheel, center console, rear defrost, power steering, and power disc brakes. Still has the original Posi rear end with 3.23 gears. The wheels on this car are brand new Year One "Snow flake" reproductions that look excellent, with brand new matching dunlop tires This car runs very well, and is quite powerful. Has an upgraded CD player with remote. The paint and interior are not perfect with some imperfections, but in overall good condition, The automatic transmission shifts smooth, brakes work very well, drives smoothly at any speed with no rattles. - Up for auction is my 1980 Trans Am with a 78 Trans Am nose. This car is incredibly rust-free and is a very nice looking, extremely presentable car in and out. Check out the pics under the car, and compare this car's chassis to other classics you are considering! The body is very straight with shiny base coat/clear coat paint, the interior is excellent, and the car runs and drives very well. Odometer reads 53,XXX, but I do not know if this is the correct mileage. Here are details: DRIVETRAIN - Originally a 305 (Chevy) car from the factory, it now has a strong 350 Chevy motor, 4 bolt main. - FRESH Rebuilt TH350 automatic transmission, with heavy duty internal parts and a shift kit. - Motor has an good street-oriented cam (I will try to find the spec card, but I think it is .454 lift for both int. and exh.) - Used Pontiac Trans Am for sale

- You are bidding on a beautiful 1979 Trans Am with 73,500 original miles and only 3 owners. This Trans Am is much nicer than one that sold recently for $21,100. The "L78" designation is for the Pontiac 400 CI. V-8 (not the anemic 403 Olds V-8). The "WS6" is for the special performance package with four-wheel disc brakes, 8" inch wide aluminum "snowflake" wheels and special suspension package with front and rear sway bars. It out-cornered Corvettes in skid pad tests. Included are copies of Pontiac Historic Society documentation - "build sheets", window sticker and general information about the car. 2,917 TA's were made with the L-78 and manual transmission combination. I don't know how few were produced with the L-78/Manual/WS6 combination, but this is a rare car! Note that it is NOT a Barrett/Jackson quality car, but in my opinion it's very close, because it is so straight overall. - Used Pontiac Trans Am for sale
