Triumph Spitfire
- 1978 Triumph Spitfire 1500. It has 26,610 miles on it. Everything on it is straight from the factory except for the tires, cap, rotor, and plug wires. I always starts and once its warm it runs great. After it has been sitting overnight it has to crank for a while because the drain back valve in the fuel system no longer works and the mechanical pump has to suck fuel back from the tank, but once it fires you can turn it of and tap the key to get it to start back up. It will come with a repair manual. tourneau cover, top cover, car cover, and a fiberglass hardtop. The soft top has seen better days, but I only drove it when the weather showed no signs of rain. I was caught out in the rain twice and it kept most of the water out. I picked up the hard top last summer. It needs to be sanded down and repainted, the headliner is missing, and the weather stripping is hard. I'm selling it b/c it used to be my sunny day weekend driver, but I got into motorcycles and don't have the need for both. - Used Triumph Spitfire for sale
