Bought fully restored, since driven 2500 dry miles in 3 yr. Starts 1st time, every time. Serviced twice annually, regardless of cost. Partial history. BRIEF DESCRIPTION -
Leather seated MG B and is considered by many to be the most collectable. The last year of factory leather, spoke wheels, chrome bumpers and virtually no dehabilitating smog equipment. This is the year and with less than 34,000 original miles, this is the car.
The restoration began with a low milage rust free shell and was then stripped down to bare metal. Treated with rust inhibiting primer--then built from the ground up.
A nut and bolt restoration . The car was stripped to the shell and built as new. Redone engine- -and new 5-speed transmission: all new wiring harness, new master cylinder and wheel cylinders; new brake lines. New radiator and heater core..If it was available as NOS it was replaced. This is a well documented bare metal restoration.
Every component was replaced with NOS where possible or Moss replacememts. The chrome work is bright and crisp, with new bumpers and grill. The gaps and as they left the factory. . New dash. Complete redone interior with the best Moss has to offer. High end leather seats with new frames. Outstanding workmanship and great attention to detail.
Transmission overdrive included. Original wire wheels. jack, torneau, car cover and tool kit.
New stainless steel exhaust, new top. All on a rust free low milage mile shell. New fuel tank, new OEM oil cooler, hoses.
